This development is the fourth project Sisk has undertaken as part of the wider Wembley City regeneration scheme. The contract consisted of the design and construction of a new Hilton hotel and student living block, together with a number of retail units.

The Hilton hotel comprises 361 guest rooms, leisure facilities including a swimming pool, sky bar at ninth floor roof level, ballroom, restaurant, service yard and quadruple height reception.

The student accommodation comprises of 660 student rooms, communal kitchens, and four levels of car parking.

Our dedicated team utilised their first-hand knowledge of the site and implemented a robust logistics strategy to ensure the works did not impact on the nearby residential blocks, Tesco retail store, the Wembley Arena and Wembley Stadium. As testament to this, the project was completed early and achieved a silver Considerate Constructors award.


The year of 2012 will be remembered by most of us for many successes nationally; but on a personal and corporate footing, nothing surpasses the significance of the W05 project...we are most grateful to our key stakeholders and supply chain, and none more so than Sisk.
