Hanover Quay has taken the 2007 OPUS Housing Award.
Designed by O'Mahony Pike Architects, the innovative and multi award winning development comprising 292 apartments, office & retail space, was constructed by Sisk in colloration with Park Developments. The project value was €100m.

The recently completed Cork School of Music was highly commended. This 6-storey music education facility was procured on a PPP basis, with Sisk carrying out the Design & Build functions to the PPP company. The project value was €51.7m
