Construction Manager of the Year Awards

The Construction Manager of the Year Awards are sponsored by the Chartered Institute of Building and promote excellence in Construction Management. The Premier Award and Gold Medal went to Philip Howard, Regional Director, for his role in the construction of the €450m Dundrum Town Centre. Brendan O'Brien won the award for Category II Buildings over €10m and up to €30m for the management of St Columba's Redevelopment/Clarion Hotel, Sligo. Paudie O'Shea was second in this category, for the National Maritime Centre in Galway.
