Project 1 Developmental Laboratory
Fit-out of existing vacant section of manufacturing facility with new cleanroom including all mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and hook-up installations to commissioning.

Project 2 Main Manufacturing Facility

New 7,000m² medical device facility for the manufacture of drug eluding stents.
The project consists of a single storey manufacturing building providing 3,000m² of Class ISO8 cleanroom manufacturing space, also including QC laboratories and offices/canteen. This is serviced by a plant room located on a concrete mezzanine slab situated over part of the manufacturing space.   A remote utilities building and external yard area provide the required utilities and process gas storage area which feed the manufacturing facility.

The project also includes a substantial amount of infrastructure including roads, car parks and landscaping as well as the upgrade of a section of an existing public road.
