This prestigious fit out of 10,000m2 of office space in the South Block is for legal firm Byrne Wallace. There are also large feature atria in the office block to increase the natural light available within the office space on each floor.

As management contactors, Sisk were responsible for managing the BREEAM assessment of the entire project. Working in a collaborative manner with the design team and the subcontractors the South Block of the development received an Excellent Rating.

The significant M & E installation and commissioning associated with the auditorium was managed successfully and partial handover was achieved as required to allow the operator access to the facility to complete the necessary works for opening night
