John Sisk & Son completed Manchester’s Holiday Inn Express in time for the Conservative Party Conference in September 2011. 

Two weeks after the agreed completion date had been met, the 192 bedroom hotel was 100% occupied by visitors into Manchester for the Conservative Party Conference. The hotel is the latest addition to a newly created public square in the vibrant Northern Quarter of Manchester City Centre.
