John Sisk & Son have always built their business around solid client relationships where each project offers an opportunity to further innovate and add value. No where is this more evident than in the retail sector and the relationship we have developed with Lidl since 2000.

In that period John Sisk & Son have carried out 48 projects, which in the main have been new build stores (35) but also includes refurbishments, extensions and a distribution depot. Not only are these projects very competitively bid, the schedules are aggressive and usually range 14-18 weeks from start on site to completion. The contract models used have varied from traditional to design and build. The ability of Sisk to provide nationwide coverage with experienced personnel has proven to be a key benefit to Lidl.
