The original Blanchardstown Shopping Centre was completed by Sisk in 1997.

Size: 65,641m²

Architecturally innovative and designed to the highest standards, it featured:

• a totally enclosed unit
• internal space designed for a premium of natural light
• malls carefully balanced between daylight, solar gain and heat loss

Included were a multiplex Cinema and parking for 2,400 cars.The Centre is occupied by leading national and UK retailers.

Red Mall Extension

In 2004 the Red Mall extension was completed by Sisk in a live

retail environment and included major alterations and links to

the existing centre. Constructed to the highest standards, it

included an interconnecting feature wall between old and new.

Blue Mall Extension

In 2006 the Blue Mall extension includes an additional storey

to Penney’s (Primark) at levels 2 & 3, plus an additional two storeys of car parking over the existing car park.

July 2006 to March 2007 Sisk completed a new 2 storey structual steel framed building to accommodate 4 new retail units
